Something Arty
Starting the year off with Frieze LA-adjacent exhibitions and a room filled to the brim with a whole lot of vessels.
When I talk about when and why I moved to Los Angeles 7 years ago I say “It’s having a moment in design”. It rings true more and more each year. Frieze returned to LA after taking some time off to reemerge with what I experienced as the most art-filled and social weeks ever (despite still being in a pandemic?). My friends didn’t see me for almost two weeks. I spent unprecedented hours in the car commuting to set. I met more people all at once than I ever have. And, it was one of the best times of my life. I’m proud of the sheer volume and quality of the work I created, and I want to share with you some of those images:
FOR SIZED: VESSELS
”VESSELS” got a lot of buzz. As it should have. And taking cue from my Greek amphora tattoo on my right arm, I’m a huge fan of pots. Congrats to Alexander May, Alisa, Currie, the whole team for possibly the biggest show outside of Frieze.

Lol, see?
MOMENTARY PAUSE: THE FUTURE PERFECT
Quite possibly the most artful images I have ever made of an interior space before. I am blushing at the positive reception on these. I am so proud. Big thank you to David for matching my OCD-ness with styling and to Amy for the extra hand.
T Magazine gave us some love!
Bradley Bowers makes these incredible lamps that have so much personality, whether they’re on or off.
